Snatch was formed by the coming together of two New York ex-pats living in London, Patti Palladin and Judy Nylon. Early standard bearers for the feminist ethic in rock and roll, Snatch, always a loose concept that would put records out sporadically and gig occasionally, found a natural home in the London punk scene of the late 1970's, sometimes working in collaboration fellow New Yorker, Johnny Thunders, Captain Sensible of The Damned and even Brian Eno. Their biggest 'hit' was 'All I Want' (1978), whilst the track below, 'Stanley', was their first single, being paired with the song.'I.R.T.' They possessed a style and attitude that just screams of many of the joys of that period.

New to me....kind of quaint..the delivery reminds me of Marrianne Faithful 'Broken English' time
Loved those Snatch singles. Judy Nylon's On-u Sound LP 'Pal Judy' was great too.
