Bob Marley

Bob Marley was born sixty eight years ago today. Of all the legends of popular music that we have lost over the years, I miss him the most. I feel that he had so much more to give both the musical and the wider worlds. I'm staggered when I think that he died as long ago as 1981; it seems like a mere blink of an eye. On the other hand, Bob will never die having left such an indelible impression whilst he was around us. Jah Rastafari!

This is  a live mix-up of 'Crazy Baldhead' from Rastaman Vibration (1976) and 'Running Away' from Kaya (1978). No matter how long it takes, we will chase those crazy baldheads out of town.

Got hold a couple of days ago of a 'Boot' of a live radio concert with Bob in 1973. It was raw and sounded so good

Sounds cool, OPC. They were probably at their peak back then.
