Interlude

'Interlude' was originally a song from the soundtrack to a film of that title released in 1968 and recorded by US singer, Timi Yuro. My first acquaintance with this achingly gorgeous song came via the version by Morrissey and Siouxsie Sioux, recorded at the sessions for Mozzer's album, Vauxhall and I (1994). As a special treat, I have posted both versions for your pleasure.

Wonderful, wonderful stuff! Thanks so much for sharing, I hadn't heard either before, and I love them both - "achingly gorgeous" is right.
