James Holden

Idiot (2006)

As promised, here's a track from Border Community label big cheese, James Holden. It's from his 2006 album,  The Idiots Are Winning. A big favourite on the Bear MP3 player at the moment. I'd like to dedicate this to Cameron, Clegg and Miliband (and The Welsh Assembly, county councillors and our blessed Royal Family). Schmucks.

Old Pa: I suppose is a little bit 'I ain't marching' now. I became totally disillusioned by main-stream politics after spending much off the 80's in the Labour Party. As it floated off to the soggy right we had parting of ways. That's not to say I think the hard left were any better. I found that most of the gits are just out for themselves. I'm sure there are exceptions but they are hard to come by. Still, listening to Robert Wyatt sing 'The Red Flag' and 'The Internationale' still stirs the soul. :)

Good for you! I am still confused what I really think.... I am always torn between what the left offer and what a lot of people take as as their 'right'. i really believe an effort has to be made to gain any right.....sry had a couple
