King Crimson

I Talk To The Wind (1969)

Beautiful track from one of the greatest of all Prog albums, In The Court of the Crimson King (1969) by King Crimson. Written by Ian McDonald and Pete Sinfield, with vocals by Greg Lake, Robert Fripp's merry band perform this as a kind of interlude between the more frenetic work-outs on their amazing debut. This wistful feel matches my mood today and I'm a real sucker for flutes in rock music. More flutes soon.
